Apple Crisp

Here's one of my favorite desserts that will be perfect for your up-coming Thanksgiving meal!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and put the following ingredients in and stir:
12 cups peeled, sliced apples (about 6 medium apples)
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose GF (or non-GF) flour
1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
In a separate bowl, mix these ingredients together.
1 cup rolled oats (GF or non-GF)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup of coconut oil
Crumble the mixed ingredients from the bowl on top of the apples, sugar, and flour in the 9x13 pan.
Bake for 45 minutes and enjoy!
