Turkey Stir-Fry
This was something I threw together this week that is light and healthy. (I also had some left-over turkey in my fridge, so this meal was a fast one for me!)
Here are some of the ingredients:
Turkey Breast
Green Peppers
Carrots
Mushrooms
Sweet Onion
Olive Oil
You can throw in other vegetables that you have in your fridge that you love! You can also use chicken or beef with this recipe.
I started by frying the onions in olive oil. Then I added the turkey, carrots, mushrooms, and lastly the green peppers. Peppers don't take a long time to cook so whatever you do, put your pepper in the frying pan last.
You can always eat it with rice! I made sweet potato french fries to go with it. It was yummy!
