Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Sometimes, when you're baking GF/vegan products it's good to add some strong flavors that will also help the texture. These are yummy and have great flavor!

Here's what you need to make it:

1 cup of GF all-purpose flour mix

1/4 cup of applesauce

1 tablespoon of ground flax seed soaked in 2 tablespoons of water

1 1/4 cup of almond or soy milk

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of vanilla

3 teaspoons of baking powder

1-3 tablespoons of sugar*

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then, add the wet ingredients. And they are ready to be cooked!

*NOTE: If you do want to put syrup on your pancakes, then just add 1 tablespoon of sugar. If you don't want to put syrup on your pancakes, then add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.
