Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I LOVE chocolate covered strawberries! In my sophomore year of college, I think I made chocolate covered strawberries once a week! It was the best. I get random cravings for them at times and last night was one of those times!

After rinsing the strawberries, I let them dry on the counter on a paper towel. Make sure that the strawberries are dry before you dip them. I don't know why it makes a difference but it does!

I did not put my chocolate covered strawberries on wax paper (mainly because I didn't have any and I forgot to buy some at the store), but I wish that I did! I put them on a cookie sheet instead to let them set and some of the chocolate came off when I put them on this plate this morning... Don't make my same mistake!
